Mirel and her husband John have three children at Providence and attend Emmanuel Church. Mirel started to know the Lord while preparing for marriage. Since then, she has been learning to love Him and His Word, and to submit her life to Him.

Mirel loves going on adventures with her family. She also loves the ocean, traveling, dancing, swimming, Latin, and reading. Mirel was born and raised in Lima, Peru.
