Debbie Metsker grew up in Woodinville and attended King’s High School in North Seattle. After high school she earned a degree in Social Sciences and Elementary Education at Seattle Pacific University and went on to teach 1st grade for 10 years in the Northshore School District.

Debbie, and her husband Marv, have a daughter and two sons who were homeschooled from birth until high school graduation. During her youngest son’s senior year of high school, she joined Providence as the pre-kindergarten aide.

Marv, Debbie, their kids and spouses, and their first grandchild are all members at Trinity Church.
