Volunteer and Get Involved

Parents, families, and alumni are always encouraged to volunteer at the school and be as much a part of our school life as possible. There are numerous ways to be involved and to play a critical role in the education process. From discussing with their children what they are learning in class to helping out in the classroom to serving on the Parent/Teacher Fellowship, parents play an essential and vital role in the school community.

Volunteer now!

Please reach out to the Parent Teacher Fellowship for ways to volunteer. You can also talk with your child’s teacher about how to help in the classroom and read the weekly Highlander Herald for needs to fill.

Volunteer, if you need a reimbursement for various school events, please complete a reimbursement request form.

Submit reviews and share about Providence

Building our school’s reputation and sharing with others about Providence is the best way for like-minded families to join the Providence community. Take a few minutes to fill out a review of your experience with Providence at once of these locations:

Refer a friend and get tuition credit

If you’ve shared about Providence with a friend who’s decided to join us, we’d love to know and to share a tuition credit with you. Read about the Tuition Referral Credit details on pg. 16 of the Providence Family Handbook and then fill out the Tuition Referral Credit Application (PDF).

Join the PTF

The Parent/Teacher Fellowship (PTF) is a service organization that furthers the mission of the school, promotes fellowship among parents and teachers, promotes unity amongst the parents and faculty and staff, and provides Providence with assistance at social and other functions as needed. Whether you are serving as one of the officers (e.g. President, Treasurer, Secretary, or one of the Vice President roles), or serving on one of the many committees, the PTF is a great way for parents to get involved, meet other parents, and help contribute to many of the great school and student events.
