:: Current Business:

1. Principal's Update – State of the School (accomplishments, challenges, opportunities):

a. Open house was very successful. Thought to have a Christian School Fair at a local venue. Could promote the importance of Christian education to parents.

b. enrollment is going very well. New families starting even now.

c. budget announcement has been well received. Issues brought up have been good discussions.

 

2. Facility Committee - Board Report (Bring copies of article on facilities):

a. Chris and Ryan had a discussion with Lowell from Cypress. Long term facility planning with the owners of the property – relationship is good, portables have been approved by Cypress should we need them. First meeting this Thursday with the facilities committee with Chris.

3. Board recruitment update – moving forward with talking to possible candidates. New recruitment process is taking shape.

4. Open forum – Guest invited to ask questions
