Chris Butaud - Chairman Mr. Butaud has a B.A. in Accounting from Washington State University and a Masters of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He was born in Louisiana and raised in the Bellevue area since the sixth grade. Chris is President and Co-owner of Cleveland Street Mortgage in Redmond. He and his wife Mary Jean have been married since 1986 and have five children, one graduated from Providence and the others currently enrolled. The Butauds attend Canyon Community Church in Redmond.

Chris Shaffer - Secretary Mr. Shaffer has a B.S. in Computer Science from Washington State University. He grew up in this area and attended Bellevue High School. Chris works as a Quality Assurance manager at Microsoft and focuses his time on teambuilding and leadership development. In his spare time he runs hand held video cameras for various productions and events, plays keyboards for worship band at his church and facilitates teams throughh low and high ropes/challenge courses. He and his wife Kristina have been married since 1992 and have two great children at Providence. The Shaffers attend Overlake Christian Church in Redmond.
Brian Wisler - Treasurer Mr. Wisler earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Central Washington University in 1998 and now works as Vice President of Operations at Avocent's Redmond office. He and his wife Nicole were married in 1994 and have been involved with Providence since their oldest son started first grade in 2001. All three children now attend the school. In his spare time Brian enjoys watching the Mariners play baseball, coaching or volunteering with Kirkland American Little League, and running. Their church home is Crossroads Bible Church in Bellevue.
